The far left and the 4,000 body count
Check out this post at STOP THE ACLU about far-left media making such a big deal of the 4,000 U.S. military deaths in Iraq. It compares the death toll to some other events liberals don't like to talk about.
Who will surrender first in Iraq?
Who will surrender first in Iraq? Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama?
I guess it depends on which one of the liberal Democrats wins the election.
Check out this post by Tony Phyrillas about Obama's promise to al-Qaida that the U.S. will surrender Iraq just as soon as he becomes president.

A chance to boot Murtha from Congress
A guy named Bill Russell (not the basketball player) is challenging John Murtha in Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District. That news comes from TONY PHYRILLAS blog.
Murtha is an embarrassment to the state of Pennsylvania and to the United States.
We'd love to see him kicked out of Congress, but he's been there forever. What the hell is wrong with the people in his district? We'll never clean up Congress as long as people like Murtha are returned year after year.
If you need to find out why Murtha should be put into permanent retirement, check out this other blog, Boot Murtha, "A campaign organized by Vets for the Truth to redeploy John Murtha."

Santorum backs Romney for President
Rick Santorum, who was one my favorite politicians when he was a member of the U.S. Senate, has endorsed Mitt Romney for President.
The story isn't getting a lot of coverage in the mainstream media, which appears to backing John McCain as the GOP nominee.
I first heard about it at the Tony Phyrillas political blog.
It might be too little, too late for Romney. I guess we'll see how well he does on Feb. 5. I still haven't made up my mind about the presidential race, but I don't like the liberal media telling me to vote for McCain.

Stay in the race, Fred Thompson
I came across a Web site that helps you figure out how closely you agree with the current crop of presidential candidates in a recent post by TONY PHYRILLAS.
I took the poll at VoteHelp.org and was a bit surprised at my results. Not the top (Fred Thompson) but how high Romney and McCain scored).
Here's how the site ranks the candidates who come closest to my stance on the issues:
1) Fred Thompson
2) Mike Huckabee
3) Mitt Romney
4) John McCain
5) Ron Paul
I don't know what it is about Fred Thompson's message that is not getting through to voters.

Obama and the Muslim question
I've received several forwarded e-mails about Barack Obama's Muslim background. There seems to be conflicting information out there. I came across this post at Tony Phyrillas about some of the research. Interesting stuff.
I can't believe Democrats would be foolish enough to nominate somebody with a Muslim background. Sen. Obama's people better address this question before his campaign goes any further.

America can't afford what Hillary Clinton is selling
You have to read this article posted at The Hillary Project about all the spending and new taxes Hillary Clinton is proposing if she's elected president. You have to be a real idiot to even consider electing this woman.

Whom to trust? Citizen journalists or mainstream media?
Interesting article at NewMedicalJournal.us about the growing conflict between the mainstream media and the "citizen journalists" of the Blogosphere. It's worth your time reading.

Is Hillary Clinton too ugly to become president?

Rush Limbaugh has an interesting perspective on Hillary Clinton.
We all know she's a two-faced, power-mad socialist, but that might not be enough for some Americans to rejecte her candidacy.
What could sink the Clinton campaign?
Rush claims that Mrs. Clinton is just too ugly to win the election. He might have a point. Have you seen close-up photos of her? The years have not been kind to Mrs. Clinton.

How will history judge George W. Bush?
How will history judge the presidency of George W. Bush?
The liberal media has already had its say. Let's wait and find out.
Here's an interesting perspective on the Bush years published in The Mercury, a Pennsylvania newspaper.

Looking for American-made toys?
Not everything is "Made In China" these days. I came across this list compiled by Fox News hottie E.D. Hill. It's worth checking out if you're looking for some safe toys for the holidays:

Where is Hillary Clinton's money coming from?
I came across a must-read article at TheNewMediaJournal.us about Hillary's China Connection
American voters must educate themselves about this woman and her sordid ties to shady people.
Let the Kool Aid-drinking Dumb-ocrats make her their nominee. Real Americans must reject another corrupt Clinton Administration.

Nobel Prize isn't what it used to be
The dumbing down of the world continues with the selection of Al "Inventor of the Internet" Gore for the Nobel Peace Prize.
What's left to say? The radical left has taken over the selection process, just as it controls the mainstream media, Hollywood, Academia and the Democratic Party.
On the other hand, the awarding of the Nobel Prize to Al Gore makes perfect sense if you consider some of the other rogues that have received it in the past. See When Evil Prospers for more.

Where does Hillary Clinton stand?
I came across an interesting post at Tony Phyrillas blog about the double-standard the left has for where politicians stand on the Iraq War. Here's the link.
I especially liked the line about Hillary voting 10 times to fund the war, but claiming that she would have opposed it if she knew now what she didn't know them. Where is she getting her political advice? From John Kerry?
